Very good!

To be honest, I have been quite surprised with the quality of service. Most will supply good service at the start and son you have to pry them to do their jobs. AlexHost is quite the opposite. Not only do they respond quickly and professionally to any of my requests, but they also do continuous maintenance to my account and come up with ways to keep it efficient. I feel lucky I found them.

Good Hosting

I have recently started using this host as I needed an off-shore hosting service. They fulfilled my wishes and there were some problems at the start but they fixed it as soon as possible. They even compensated me for the downtime to all of my services. If you compare the VPS prices with other servers you will easily tell that they have a unbeatable price. For anyone wondering whether they should choose/switch to this hosting I surely do recommend so.

Very fast tech support

I am very pleased by the service of this hosting, the support response is no more than 5 minutes. I use this hosting since 2012, now I use VPS, when I encountered difficulties to configure the server, Support responded promptly and within 2 hours completed necessary work, and maintenance of VPS servers is not their responsibility. I recommend this hosting provider.
