I had lot of issues with them, especially in billing. Mr. Asif with his personal interest tried and sort them but still billing has issues in their portal, i am hopefull that those would be resolved soon.

I think your staff is illiterate. They can't even spell CRM, much less use it. Please learn basic language skills, both human and computer. You staff can't even do a print "Hello World" program in java or python. Hahahaha
I am putting "I dont know" as we used a lot of their services over the years when I was working with different companies. The owner and sales manager are consummate liars and prey on those who dont have knowledge of the market. If you press them one point they talk around in circles throwing vague technical details at you. Neither will they provide you with the username and password to the site (WHICH IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS) because they dont want you to become self reliant and they lose potential revenue. Their websites are ugly (one time it had ugly html code all over it, when I told them to fix it saying that I cant show it to clients, they told me I have to be patient- Rome wasnt built in a day or some such nonsense) over priced, service is terrible and they have an attitude that they are doing you a favor. If you ask me they should be in jail. I would advise others not to share their real names and details These people are known for their dirty tricks. Just look at the fake reviews and excuses they put up here.
They keep charging my card for canceled services even if I tell them ahead of time. What’s more they are not allowing me into my account anymore just because I mentioned that I will have to remove my visa to stop such fraud activity as they charged me for two years in advance for a service they know is canceled. So I have no more control over my visa and not getting anything back out of the services I’m paying for! This is a very dangerous service provider. Never again business with dubai based service providers.
This is utterly shameful. You should file a police case and show it to the credit card company so you can be reimbursed. I dont know where you are based. But Dubai police IT unit is pretty good. You can coordinate with them to bring them to justice. Keep all emails , whatsapp communications etc handy if you wish to pursue this course. Best of luck
PS : There are bad apples in every bunch. Finding a good provider is not easy but Dubai does have good companies in this sector. All the best in your business ventures.

Buzinessware you can threaten all you want. i didn't say anything that is inflammatory. If you are getting negative reviews more than usual then it only means that your fake review team is not putting positive reviews on various sites at the rate you desire. I didnt say anything that is inaccurate. Your practices are unethical , your service terrible and your quality is cheap. this is the reality.

This happened many years , heck 10 years ago for me .An unpleasant experience but the accounts were closed I had put it behind me but from second hand accounts I came to know that it is business as usual. So I posted my review. I give you my info and what is the use??? In not a single negative review you have apologized and taken any responsibiliy. So with over 15,000 customers, not a single one is there where you did a bad job? Please dont talk to others like they are children. Peddle these stories , somewhere else. I am not removing my review. Whether hostadvice chooses otherwise is upto them.
