I have had to deal with these characters twice, it made me want to smash the computer screen. Do not hope that they will answer you, you can send a thousand emails but on the other side everything is silent. Bad management, bad guidance, bad hosting and money wasted. A friend of mine has been sending emails for a year and has been without a website because they weren't responding and he didn't know what to do. I rarely get impatient at the pc, they managed to infuriate me.
