Staples "Easy Button" setup process

We were looking for a hosted QB solution and came across SageNext. Within a few hours of requesting the trial site, our server was setup and accessible. Uploaded our data backup and we were up and running. Rick provided excellent support at 10:30pm. Will try to update this review after we've been using them for a little while.

System Down

System was down for 3 days and lost information that had to be entered again. System was running for less then 1 day and now we are down again. No one is answering the phone or emails

Highly Recommend

I was looking for an alternative to QuickBooks online for my accounting clients that either wanted live access to their QB file or wanted to participate in the data entry. SageNext's platform is extremely easy to use but more importantly their customer support is to notch. Whether myself, my staff, or the client who had a question or an issue, SageNext's customer support staff was available 7 days a week, 24/7 and very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Sage Backup uploading

Great service and functionality

I have been using SagNext for 2 tax seasons now, as well as using it to host QuickBooks desktop. The hosting platform has been perfect for my firm and accessing my software and data remotely. I use it with multiple users and never have any issues.
Customer service is the big win here, they are extremely fast, and bend over backward to help out with any issues. I couldn't be happier!
I would like to especially thank Jason Mckanzy for helping me with anything I need.
