Serverhosh Offers and Excellent Service and Support I'm a client of Serverhosh for years now. I honestly can confirm that they are offering maybe even the best VPS service to a fair a price and super fast answers from there support team.
I've been with Serverhosh for about 4 years now, I've had 5 to 10 VPS, and now have 3 dedicated servers. The service has been amazing and that's why even today i'm still only hosting with ServerHosh. I've tried so many other hosting suppliers but they all let me down when it came to support, tickets would take days, if server hosh i normally get a very quick response and any issues are fixed really quickly. This has enabled me to run 15 - 20 sites with serverhosh knowing i'll have great support when needed and the up time has been spot on.
I was debited twice and the refund took forever and still didn't get the full amount. Which was actually worse. The booked server broke down and they had to admit that they had no backup because it broke down too. All in all only annoyance with this service.

By far out of the 100+ VPS I've rented, Performance is trash, Internet connection was good for about 4 hours after the VPS is activated, the ping is sky rocketing, Support team are willing to do all it takes to not issue a refund, and instead they'd escalate it to management team which until now I've had no response what so ever.
I've contacted them about the internet and the performance of the VPS first then, It went to worse the VPS because unresponsive for a day, so I opened a ticket for a refund and cancellation, Support kept saying things about migration and new VPS for me but i didn't want it, i wanted my money back, so they escalated it to management team and it's been 6 days since it has been escalated nobody come nor received or my VPS was canceled.
which puts it at the very bottom of my VPS providers list.
PS: Management Staff Reach out and issued the refund all in a very professional way.
Sorry to hear that we don't meet your expectations. Performance of the server depends on many thing. It's really not likely to be perform 100% perfect for everyone because everyone usage is different and they need different thing.
Really, I couldn't even SSH into the server at the best of times due to timeouts. A basic necessity at least. Stop trying to imply that your users are stupid - the service was NOT fit for purpose!
We highly value our users in all the way we can. If you have a ticket number do share with us and our senior will have a look. SSH blocked can be happen on multiple reasons which need to be figure out.
