Awesome consistent and reliable service

Walter, my account manager is amazing. He is kind, prompt, knowledgeable, informative, and just great in all that he does. I have been a client of Web. com formally known as (Yodle) for almost 10yrs now. Once we signed up with them in less than a week my phone started ringing more than ever. Updates to the website we have with them are completed very quickly. ***** Five Stars *****

If I could I would give them a zero star.

If I could I would give them a zero star. We purchased a domain name from namecheap. It turns out it is not possible to link such a domain name to web.com and have a secure link using an ssl certificate. The only option is to transfer the domain to web.com but because the domain is new there is a 60 day wait time. Never had such a situation with any other host provider.

Back End Slackers

Their server went down and my entire site was down for 2 days and Ive had an issue with the payment processing end ever since. The site isn't properly connecting with Stripe. And I've not heard from the "back end engineers" after reporting it and calling in to check on the progress for over a week. No one ever responded.

Maybe it’s me.

I don’t seem to understand how to do all of the building of the website but maybe I’ll pay to have them do it? It seems harder than it should be but I’m not the most intelligent person when it comes to this type of work.

So far so good

I just started out with web.com but so far my experience has been great. I will continue to build on web.com to get the full experience. The pricing is great. And I love that I can actually talk to a live person.
