Below is an account of my experience with 20i:
UPDATE 2: 20i are cancelling me today. Give me 30 days' notice to leave. Make sure you check your terms of service. Turns out you can't say anything bad about them in the public ... Mehr domain and be a customer! Shocking service.
UPDATE: I've now been asked to remove my review as I've failed to address the questions in their complaint, the email came across to suggest that if I was staying as a customer it had to be removed! This isn't a knee-jerk reaction, your service is not up to standard and it isn't simple for us to transfer over 80 websites and servers to a new provider. My response is the 267 tickets raised over 2 years with regards to problems with the platform, as well as several emails to the previous head of customer service should be enough answer to why as a customer I am unhappy.
I'm not being paid to tell you everything that is wrong with your platform and it isn't my duty as a customer to do that. As iterated in my most recent email, I can count on 1 hand how many times I've been able to log into your platform and perform the action I needed to without a bug, error or need for me to contact customer service!
Totally shambolic approach that this company has to deal with negative feedback and suggestions. So unethical to be requesting your clients to remove a review when they are giving an accurate account of their experience with you. I had expected renewed faith in Simon's approach but unfortunately, it's pretty much the same old same old at 20i.

They claim to be progressive hosts, that take on board feedback from customers but they don't.
We've been a reseller for quite a long time, but we continue to see the same continued stability issues with their platform. I mean we can't even deploy a VPS without having to contact them about some sort of problem with the control panel software. When I contact the person I was told to contact if I have any issues I get ignored. Not to mention a piece of technology that is paid for monthly in the way of their timeline backup system failed completely and required system admins to resolve the issue, leaving a website offline for almost 12 hours! We are now at a point where we are looking for alternative options for hosting as unfortunately 20i's software just isn't cutting it, and the support promised to grow us with them just hasn't materialised.
I'd like to echo the concerns of other clients and reviewers here too, 20i do contact you privately to instantly resolve the issues with the premise you'll "remove" your review of their service. I've several times had this issue, and posting a review is the only way to get their attention to resolving issues. I won't be removing this review though as they don't seem to have learnt or changed based on previous challenges. Weniger
