No matter how long you've been a customer, you're treated like garbage. They have no loyalty to customers, and customer service deserves a 0/5. 100% of the times when issu... Mehr es came up, it took them forever to resolve (sometimes several days). They always send a list of copy/paste steps for you to do, and claim nothing is their problem. Huh? I was a long standing customer for over a decade, and they took my education site offline, and wouldn't activate my account. It's pure theft. That company is run by criminals. Stay away. They miss interpreted the word grace period once they came to know I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period ... Mehr and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required. I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist. also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
