Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.

graded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke t he app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Do not trust anything they say. If you have ever registered with them, contact your bank or Paypal to remove ANY LINK before they STEAL your money! I never got my money back even they promise refund on customer support and later change their mind. Don't trust them.

Ultimately, I decided to find a more trustworthy host that could provide better tools to actually build my website. When I tried to invoke Glowhost's Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, I was told that I'd be charged for my domain name that was originally offered for free, and that the charge would come out of my hosting refund. I was sent links to terms and conditions that differed from what I'd already read. After mentioning my intentions of sharing my experiences, I was then told that they could offer me the full refund as an "exception." I replied that I had no intention of withholding details of my experience, and the offer was revoked. In short, Glowhost was not for me. I felt misled by the Satisfaction Guarantee and was dissatisfied in the amount of issues that arose within my first week alone. For anyone looking for web hosting services, Glowhost has timely technical support but was far from pain free for me and abides by the same fine print any cheaper, more popular, professional, and easier to use host does as well.
