In our Terms of Service and Refund Policy are explained the situations under which you are eligible for a refund.

These points of Terms of Service:

"2.PURCHASE OF CREDITS
• 2.1 You acknowledge and agree that any Purchase made via the Website is for Credits that can be exchanged only in relation to Services. No amounts received by Next Point Host LTD or Credits granted to you in relation to any Purchase (except under the terms of termination as set out in clause 10 of these Terms of Service) are:
• 2.1.1 refundable;
• 2.1.2 exchangeable for cash or any other form of payment; or
• 2.1.3 useable in any manner other than in exchange for Services."

Clearly explain that already purchased credits will not be refunded in cash. Your credit balance is not limited by time. So you can use it in the future when you need services. No matter how far will be that. The advantage for you will be the fact, that as an old client with a credit balance you will use services on the prices at the time of purchase the credit.
