And here is an example : I wrote them 3 times ( in the same ticket ) that I cannot connect to my cPanel account and all they tell me is "wait". Then I get a message from them stating "Please upload the database to your filemanager." and when asking them which filemanager they mean I get this as answer "You can find it in the Cpanel sections" while I literally told them 1 hour before in the same support ticket "it has already been 9 hours since I reported the problem and I still can't access my cPanel." If everything goes well then Flaunt7 are good, but as soon as a minor error appears you can forget your whole website as their support is the worst you could ever see.
