Great for Agency Hosting

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

Einfach, Schnell und unkompliziert.

Ich wollte meine Seite von http. auf https umstellen. Nachdem ich mich im Netz informiert habe, war ich auf eine sehr komplizierte Arbeit eingestellt....

Ein Anruf bei dogado (sehr kurze Wartezeit – unter 1 min.) und alles war geklärt. Haben mir sogar KOSTENFREI auf meiner Wordpress-Seite die Einstellungen usw. gemacht. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team. War alles unkompliziert und alles wurde per Mail nach der Durchführung mir noch mal bestätigt und später hinterfragt ob alles i.O. ist. Ganz deutliche 5 Sterne

ion. Their response only mentioned some vague “security parameters” they cannot share — basically shutting me out without any transparency. It is absurd that a company that claims to be developer-friendly treats potential paying customers this way. I could have been a serious, loyal, and even promoting customer for their platform, but apparently they prefer to reject people without justification. On top of that, it’s not even straightforward to request the permanent deletion of personal data — which is unacceptable when it comes to privacy and compliance. If this is how DigitalOcean welcomes new users, I can only strongly advise others to stay away. There are far better and more respectful alternatives out there.

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.
