Weniger |  Unseriös - Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, keine Reaktion auf Abuse-Mails Sven Dreyer, Einer meiner Server wird seit 5 Tagen von einem bei Contabo gehosteten System angegriffen, weswegen ich Contabo informiert habe, denn man sollte ja meinen, dass es einen Hoster interessiert, wenn ein bei ihm gehostetes System... Mehr kompromittiert wurde. Eine Reaktion auf meine Abuse-Mail gibt es bisher nicht, wahrscheinlich sind 5 Tage auch viel zu wenig Zeit für so ein unwichtiges Thema wie IT-Sicherheit. Daher habe ich über mehrere Telefonnummern versucht, Contabo zu erreichen - es blieb beim Versuch, denn telefonisch erreicht man ebenfalls niemanden. Tipp für potentielle Kunden. LAUFT! Geht woanders hin! Sucht Euch einen Anbieter, der auf E-Mails reagiert und ans Telefon geht. Also eigentlich nur irgend einen anderen Anbieter. Weniger |
