icket in night no one there to reply, expect reply in morning only which is completely unsatisfactory u call there support number the guy has zero knowledge of tech and extremely rude person i am stuck with them as paid for long term lost my clients and suffered losses because of them. Now they are sending mails to me and offering me bribe of 500rs to write a review for them Instead of luring me with money or others you should have worked on your infra and support services, but i guess for a company like you getting fake reviews by paying money is more important rather than working on ur issues of downtime and rude staff. i am attaching the mail screenshot i received from them
